Custom Order:

For Custom sizes, colors, or any other special needs please contact me directly so we can make sure we get it right. There is a 10% fee off your refund for returning special order products. It is my goal for your experience to be a good one so let's work together and get it right from the start.

Returns:

Your workmanship and attention to detail are superior to any other product I have seen in the marketplace. The custom double stipe runner I asked for is perfect! It's exactly what I envisioned. Thought it was going on our deck in Maine, it's so comfortable to stand on, it just might wind up at the kitchen island instead. Looking forward to measuring more spaces in the bathrooms, hallways, dog crates and garage to place more custom orders!

   I love my new doormat!! It’s soft, sturdy and so stylish!! I ordered a grey mat for my back patio from Rockport Rope Door Mats and couldn’t be more satisfied. Their website was easy to navigate and I was thrilled that they had had so many different sizes and colors to choose from. This company was extremely responsive and quick to send my mat out.
